As we’ve grown and matured in our individual fitness journeys… we at Christian Workout Music have sought out natural, vegan, and/or organic energy drink options.
We’ve come across a few organic/natural energy boosting drinks and we have narrowed it down to Three (3) recommendations for you.
There are so many unhealthy and healthy options out there in the energy drink category that we will rank these as OUR TOP 3 Natural Energy Drinks below based on 4 criteria or factors which are: Price, Taste, Nutrition, and Affects… Let’s go!!!
3. AMP ORGANIC ENERGY (USDA Approved)
- Averages just under $3 at $2.74 per individual 12 ounce can (Check with your local grocery store)
- At the time of this article they come in four (4) flavors and we’ve found that The Citrus and Grape flavors are Amazing
- 49 grams of Carbs + 49 grams of CANE sugar + 120 mg of ORGANIC CAFFEINE + 200 calories
- You won’t get the jitters and you won’t crash but, you might get a little sluggish when it wears off!

2. STEAZ ENERGY (ALSO USDA Approved as well as ORGANIC CERTIFIED)
- Averages just under $2.50 at $1.89 per individual 12 ounce can (Check with your local grocery store)
- At the time of this article we’ve only been able to find two (2) flavors and we’ve found that Berry is delicious
